Albany Passport – Enjoy Big Savings at Albany Area
Attractions!
Imagine traveling to the depths of underwater springs without
ever getting wet! Want to get close to nature and observe
animals in their natural habitats? Learn more about Native
American and African-American history as you experience our
heritage through museums and attractions! Enjoy theatre, music
and more!
For
just $23 the new “Discover Albany Passport” provides a passport
of savings to five area attractions and discount admission to
three performing arts venues. Children ages 4-12 pay just $17
children, ages three and under are admitted free. Individual
purchase price for adults is $32.25 and $22.25 for children,
before including the discounts on the performing arts! About a
30% discount!
Simply show your passport at each participating venue to receive
a special stamp indicating your participation and the savings
are yours! Each passport is valid for one admission with no
expiration date!
Participating attractions include Albany Civil
Rights Museum, Albany Museum of Art, Flint RiverQuarium, The
Parks at Chehaw, and Thronateeska Heritage Museum. Performing
arts organizations offering a 10% discount to a performance
include: Albany Concert Association, Albany Symphony Orchestra,
and Theatre Albany. Be sure to phone ahead
to reserve your seats and mention your Discover Albany Passport
to receive your 10% off admission discount.
Discover Albany Passports are available Monday through Friday,
8:30 am – 5 pm at the Albany Chamber of Commerce, 225 West Broad
Avenue, Thronateeska Heritage Center,
100 W. Roosevelt Ave.,
Thursday – Saturday from
noon until 4 pm, or the Albany Museum of Art, 311 Meadowlark
Drive, next to Darton College, 10 am- 5 pm, Tuesday - Saturday.
