Wildcats Players Call on Fans for “White Out” on Clear
Channel Night
As the South Georgia Wildcats
take Cooper Tire Field Saturday night for another af2 clash against the Oklahoma
City Yard Dawgz, a group of players led by wide receiver Buchie Ibeh and
quarterback Andrico Hines hope the crowd has a different look, a “White Out” in
fact.
“Earlier in the week, our guys made it apparent that they want all Wildcats fans
in the house Saturday night to wear white,” said General Manager Darren McPhail.
“It doesn’t really matter what it is, Wildcats apparel or not, just put on as
much white as you can.”
For the fourth consecutive year, Clear Channel Radio will be the presenting
sponsor of the final regular season home game of the year. Ray Fox, B100
Morning Personality, will perform the National Anthem. Nadine Kidd, the Clear
Channel Office Manager, will deliver the Invocation. The coin toss will be
performed by B100 Mid-Day Personality Sarah Truelove. The game ball will be
delivered by Hunter Rowand, the son of Clear Channel’s Local Sales Manager Wendy
Rowand.
“Clear Channel Radio has been an instrumental partner since the day we arrived
in Albany,”
said General Manager Darren McPhail. “They’ve gone far beyond what is actually
expected of them to promote the Wildcats in our community and it is greatly
appreciated.”
Tickets are still available for Saturday’s contest against the Oklahoma City
Yard Dawgz. For ticket information contact the Wildcats Box Office at
